The Holding’s parent company is Geotech Oil Services Holding Limited (Cyprus).
The Holding is managed by ZAO GEOTECH Holding (Moscow).

Shareholding structure (% equity)

Following a private placement in the first quarter of 2008, major international investment funds took stakes in the Holding:

Furthermore, JPMorgan Chase & Co, the investment bank that advised the Holding for private placement purposes, has a stake in the Holding.
