The eastward thrust of the Company’s business enjoys a priority status due to the growing demand for oilfield services in the context of plans for large scale development of East Siberian hydrocarbon deposits, as indicated by the government and petroleum majors.

The plans call for implementation of investment projects within the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk Region, intended to establish seismic exploration, geophysical survey, drilling, and workover facilities.

To implement seismic exploration and geophysical survey projects, the Company is to expand its existing facilities in the region, operated by OAO Khantymansiyskgeofizika, OAO Yeniseigeofizika, OOO Ilimpey Geophysical Expedition, and OOO Boguchan Geophysical Expedition.

The Company’s plan to develop its drilling services calls for new facilities to be established within the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

Such investment projects are to be implemented in close cooperation with the authorities and with government support.
