- Establish the requisite infrastructure and drilling facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory to drill 8 wells a year by 2011, i.e. roughly 25,000 meters drilled per year, while tripling the seismic service volumes;
- Create approximately 3,000 new jobs in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Irkutsk Region by 2012; and
- Place a training order with educational institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and assist in job placement of specialists in core occupations.
